INCREDIBLE MOMENTS LINKING SPORTS TO FREEDOM AND CONNECTION WITH NATURE

KAYAK AND SUP Tour on the Piracanga River 

An experience of deep contact with the fresh waters that bathe the Piracanga Ecovillage. Going up the river we find the mangrove, one of the ecosystems that integrate the region where we will see wonderful bird species.  

 

Paddling connects us with the gentle rhythm of the water. A movement that contributes to our balance, bringing strength and fluidity to life.

 

On the physical level, we will encourage the strengthening of the whole body, legs, abdomen and arms.

 

Duration: 3 hours

bike ride 

A 10km adventure through different scenarios: Beach, Restinga and Atlantic Forest.  

 

We'll ride following the rhythm of the Atlantic Ocean is one of the most stunning experiences of the immersion. Let's fly, floating on wheels on the sands of Bahia.

Breathing fresh air, we will enter the Atlantic Forest, where we will feel the life of a very powerful forest.

There will be 2 cycling activities with different itineraries.

Surf CLASSES on the Piracanga River AND SEA

There will be an introductory class where we will learn the fundamentals of this charming sport.

 

The first contact with this activity in calm waters facilitates the learning of balance, posture, rowing, turns and diving.  

 

Surfing is one of the most complete sports: while we work the body in an integral way, we come into direct contact with the water element, feeling immediate benefits in our physical, mental and energetic fields.

 

NOTE: Experienced surfers can enter the sea choosing the preferred size of the board within the available possibilities.

Swimming in the Piracanga River 

This river is magical. Seriously, you'll see.  

 

And swimming in it… a unique experience! When the sea meets the river it changes its color and its movement changes direction. The river becomes salty and sweet at the same time; the waters meet, mix, potentiate each other.  

 

We love swimming for being one of the most integrated physical activities that exist and for being an invitation to a deep dive with water, bringing flexibility, cleaning and purification in our lives.

RUNNING

Do you like running?

Have you ever run barefoot on the beach?

It can be in sneakers or barefoot, as you prefer, but the sensation of running barefoot in the sand is unique and still favors health through the release of free radicals and the practice of grounding.

 

As it is an aerobic activity, it also has benefits for the health of the heart, lungs and circulatory system.

 

Running makes room in the mind for silence and stimulates the activity of our creative field. (Even a large part of this immersion was created in the races along the beaches of Piracanga).

 

Duration: 1 hour

YOGA IN NATURE

Every morning, before breakfast, we will have yoga classes in Nature. Conducted by the teacher Vinícius Valente, student and practitioner of yoga for over 9 years. Specialized in Hata Vinyasa Yoga, he is a certified teacher by Humaniversidade (São Paulo), by Awaken Love Yoga.

 

Duration: 1 hour

SACRED CIRCULAR DANCES

An exciting bonding experience. Circle dances connect us deeply with the energy of love that lives in each of us.  

They are ancestral dances of civilizations that ritualize the connection with the divine through circular movements in a circle.

They are also a very important part of the culture of Ecovila Piracanga, having provided throughout the history of the community a sense of union as deep as it is sacred.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes

MEDITATION

The practice of meditation will be one of the important moments of immersion.

The state of silence in the middle of nature, through conscious breathing will allow us to access the field of introspection, connecting with the inner wisdom where we keep valuable information for our lives.

 

Presence, peace and gratitude are some of the most important results of this millennial practice.

 

Duration: 10 minutes after each activity
